Click Open… and browse to the agenda text file. The default CG Settings values are 55 characters per line … and 6 vertical lines from the bottom of the automatically calculated "Title Safe" area. Apply the Text Filters that provide you with the 'look' you want, and edit the text until all the red shaded areas are gone. Then click Export to Playlist. The text paragraphs will be converted to PNG files and placed in order in a Playlist folder that you will name, e.g. COUNCIL AGENDA CG 091409. The default CG display font is Arial Bold 22 – white with a semitransparent drop shadow. Just save the folder into the Playlists folder on your VDESK or REMO system, and load the Playlist before the meeting. All the ordered agenda items will be ready for simple selection and display in the DSK as the meeting progresses. |
